What we know
Everything your staff have learned about this business. They start every shift from here rather than from nothing.
What you've taught them
Learned from the decisions you made in the approvals queue. These override a specialist's own judgement.

How things are done

How this ages
The bar on the right is how much weight each item carries when a specialist is deciding what matters. A policy barely fades. A conversation from six weeks ago mostly has. Anything the business picks up again earns its weight back.
Nothing is deleted — old items stay searchable, they just stop crowding out what is current.
